Hi
Been living in Finland for 5 years now so consider this home but have been wondering about trying to get UK TV channels.
I know there is a few free options but the quality isn't so good plus you have to change channels from computer every time, be good to have a digital box or similar with remote if there are any good alternatives? Don't mind paying if it actually works!
More so for those winter months when your at home with the family.
Thanks for any help
UK TV Channels, is there a good way to have them?

there are some vpn options but i'm not sure of the quality and I think this is still via a computer and not so nice as sitting in front of the tv with a remote control.
how about a slingbox at a relatives house and you view it from Finland?
personally I don't watch that much tv myself and use bittorrent for those few shows (like Bake Off) that I watch which won't be released on BD/DVD

Back in my "Scotland days", I used to be obsessed with Scottish TV. I've used a paid dedicated VPN connect (roughly 6-7 euros a month) and watched everything through iPlayer. Pretty good quality.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

Forgive me my nonsense as I also forgive the nonsense of those who think they talk sense.
