In need of a developer for 1 project

I am working for the Finnish subsidiary of an international B2B company here in Helsinki and we need a developer (preferably with an understanding of Finnish) to link our customers' website with a customised version of our online service, through our fully documented API.

This is a pretty short project time wise, but all the developers working for us (all based outside Finland) are too busy.

Does anyone know where I would start to look for a company or individual to work with us on this project? We are not looking for an employee, just a short term freelancer.
