negative decision on work permit want to change to student

hello need help

i have applied for a work permit during my extension of student permit on August and have gotten a negative decision after 6 month on February, and now i have applied for a student permit, i am a 3rd year student right now and have done 107 credits. My question is
1 . will the police check the credits i have done on this year? since i was working i only managed to work only 2 course credits until i get the decision, that is why i raised the question
2. Is possible to give a student permit starting from February to August? i asked this because my permit has been expired on August and i am applying for a student permit on February. Untill what month do you think the permit will be extended.
3. Do u think i will get a positive or negative Decision?

While waiting for your work permit decision you were still under the student rules (which apply to working hours etc). I would assume they check the credits. What I don't know is whether you can explain the lack of credits away.

There are no rules that student permits must start at a certain time of year. I am not sure if your application will be considered an extension application since you do not currently have a valid permit. It might to through the same rules as a first time application.

- all ready one refusal (for work permit)
- only 2 credits
- violating rules of student permit (?)
What positive points can you show?
