Hi,
I had this little accident with my car and found one mechanic who said he could fix it. He ordered the car bumper and I paid him (in cash) for the bumper. Then he asked me to buy paint that matches my car and he would paint it for me
I went to paint shop and called this mechanic If the stuff I am buying is what he needs. He okayed everything and then I took the paint to him. Then he told me that this is not the right stuff (it was paint spray bottles) so he asked me to go and buy actual paint (not spray). The shop did not take the paint back and did not refund me and the new paint would cost me quite a lot
Now the paint is going over my budget so I told him that at this point, i dont have further budget so I will paint it after some time so just give me my bumper. He asks me to come at a certain time but then tells me that he is not in the shop and I should come some other time. He has already promised three times and then sent me a message that he is not available. It seems like he is pissed that I am not doing the paint, but the fact is that I have already wasted some money to buy the wrong type of paint and Its getting over my budget now
I do have record of messages but I dont have receipt of the bumper payment. Is there something I can do to force the guy to give me my bumper back?

Re: Issue with mechanic
Best thing is to keep the messages and use them for proof later, for the other things.. have patience, Finnish people are telling everyone they are so trustworthy, they are NOT, they are like every other human, just a bit grumpier than humans from f.e. W-EU.
They are also wanting you to believe that Finnish people are punctual.....that is the biggest hoax ever... they are certainly NOT.
Send him a message that your friends from your "motorclub"
are willing to help you paint the fender, so you will come to pick up the fender the next day, if he is not there he can instruct someone else to give it to you upon you showing your ID...
this might help..

If god would give us the source code, we could change the world
