I would recomend Metropolia (university of applied sciences). They have Intenational Business School. Also I recomend to check this video that shows what it's like to study there. https://youtu.be/8ij5NiVALVk

no they won't accept it unless its translated to Finnish by an authorized translator. The money must be in your own account. For the residece permit for a student from outside the EU the process can be really tedious and long. In my school there are some students from africa and asia whose permit took between 8 and 10 months to be processed and 2 more months for manufacturing the card and sending it.

It can be accepted in English when applying to some English-taught degrees. Maybe depends on the place, but it's not "they won't accept it".

"French and Arabic" doesn't include English.
If the school says that it must be in languages A, B or C then no. You can't hand over a paper in oogabooga language.

Dear OP. Read the application guidelines. Follow the instructions. If it tells you the certificate must be translated, it must be translated. Asking a forum will not change the rules.

By the way OP this will invalidate your application.
The money must be yours. And in your own bank account. With proof of how you got it. Not handed to you by step daddy on the day before you apply. Otherwise they will say. "Your going to give the money straight back to him. And starve to death. No student permit for you". You should get the money transferred now. And leave it there. So it is clear the money is yours. And not a short term loan.
