Hello Forum,
I want to rent an apartment that is about 55 square metre and they owner requested home insurance including (vastuuvakuutus). So, My questions are:
1) How much would that roughly cost monthly or annually?
2) Based on your knowledge and experience, Could you please recommend me the cheapest home insurance including (vastuuvakuutus)? I know there are many: Nordea, OP, Dansk, If, Tapiola, and maybe others - Any idea which one is the cheapest ?
Thank you !
Cheapest home insurance including (vastuuvakuutus) ?

I don't have an extensive experience, but I pay 8.5 euros/month with IF. I don't know if they're the cheapest, but that's pretty cheap.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

This package is pretty simple and reasonably priced:Samer2010 wrote: 2) Based on your knowledge and experience, Could you please recommend me the cheapest home insurance including (vastuuvakuutus)? Insurance can't be compared purely on price because the coverage and deductibles are different. Do you mean you want the cheapest while accepting the worst coverage and highest deductibles?
Re: Cheapest home insurance including (vastuuvakuutus) ?
i'm guessing you need it because the landlord/lady demand it, not because you're actually interested in insurance.
i went through this a couple of years ago, and it seems that around 100e per year is about as cheap as it gets, which is kind of the same as what adnan states.
you can call any company, and you have to repeat about 10 times that all you want is the cheapest of all.
after trying all manners to sell you something, they will come to the point evtl.
ps:
paying annually is usually cheaper than paying monthly or quarterly.
pps:
not sure if this varies by area. i am talking about capital area; prices might be different elsewhere around finland?
