DNA offers 350 Mbit/s and Saunalahti 300 Mbit/s - Anyone has used any of those? How good/bad they are?

these are maximum speeds.
you also have to look at minimum speeds promised; i talked to a guy on the phone, and they always try to skirt the subject, but in the end he told me that the promised minimum speed is 50% of the maximum speed.
that was good enough for me.
you also have to look at upload speeds.
it also depends so much on what is available where you are, so your question is a little unprecise.

my current cable connection is with dna.
they even threw a 4G data only sim card into the deal. works well in my dual sim phone.

You also need to check your 'house connections' - if the internal system based on using fixed phone line for transmission you may be limited to max 20 no matter what they 'sell' you. Same with some house internal cable distribution systems.
