Neuvonta (Finnish) = “Advice” (as a label of a service which gives out advice)
Rådgivning (Swedish) = “Advice-giving”

“Ne-Rå” appears to be a play on the Finnish word nero, which translates as “genius”... as in “He’s a genius!” (a highly intelligent, resourceful, inventive person) — boldly suggesting the service might provide genius-like answers to your questions.

(The Swedish letter “å” is pronounced the same as the Finnish letter “o” and is actually called “the Swedish ‘o’” in Finnish... so the name of the service, Ne-Rå, is intended to be pronounced as nero in Finnish. Genius!)

Hi, Thank you Jukka! Actually I am looking for help for the over 65's, like a social worker! I read that my local social office only deals with 18-64 year old's! I had a social worker there but that was about 3 years ago but now I don't know!

Thanks again!
