Needed: childcare in afternoon, Espoo

We are a family in Espoo with two daughters, ages 7 and 3. We are looking for someone that can help us during the afternoon, from 4 to 6, to pick up girls from kindergarden and play with them at home or help with daily chores. Person should be available to work at least 2-3 days per week.
Children speak three languages: Finnish, Russian and Spanish.

volkinjaz, no, driving license is not a must. Kindergarten and school are in 10 minutes of adult walking distance from our home. With kids, of course, it may take more time. We quit using stroller for 3,5 years old some time ago, so she walks by herself.
