Residence permit for my husband?

hi to All,
my husband applied for his first residence permit on 5 april 2015 in finnish embassy Nepal(I am finnish citizen).Now in November 2015 I received a letter from finnish immigration services that contain questions about our relationship before marriage,questions about marriage,questions about husband job,profession etc.
I have to send this letter to my husband and he will answer these questions and sent to me then I will take them into immigration office.
One thing I am worring about is that these are almost 60% same questions that are asked in OLE 2 form that was submitted at the time of application
is this process is normal for granting PR?please explain some one
i m worried about RP of my husband

This hints at one or both of the following:
- Migri has performed a profiling-based risk assessment on your case and their conclusion is to ask for more verification.
- Migri has doubts about the authenticity of your marriage/relationship.

Either way, these things are normal. Do as they say and wait.

one more thing.
on question form it is written that
(finnish Immigration service asks the client to give written answer to the following questions)
my husband will write or type the answer for Immigration office?
is it ok if he send scan copy of its answer to show to immigration office?

Hello every one.
my husband applied for RP in march 2015 in finnish embassy
immigration offfice sent him a letter(questions) for some clarification in november 2015
after that no reply.
almost 10 months passed but still no decision about rp???

I guess you can even sue them for negligence and false profiling after all you are the citizen

Non sequitur. She is a citizen; it does not automatically follow that the marriage would be genuine.
