Any place for learning boxing?

Post by floatingapple » Tue Feb 09, 2016 1:30 pm

Hi,

I am interesting in learning boxing, no experience just beginner. It would be nice to find somewhere in Espoo or Helsinki city center to learn boxing. If you know such place or your friends know, please feel free to share the information. Thanks!

Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

It's not a very efficient 'sport' - research shows that one can achieve equivalent results of brain damage and disease by running your head against a concrete wall at about 60 km/h - but you might have to do it 5 times consecutively to achieve the same 'result.'.

Are you more interested in fitness boxing or combat boxing? Would Finnish as training language be a problem for you?
