Citizenship application pending?

Dear friends
I have a question can i go abroad before get the citizenship decision (i mean after applying for citizenship and before get the decision ) and if it yes for how long i can be outside Finland ? and does this affect the processing of my application ? i have a permanent residence permit, and iif i go outside finland i will notify Maistraati but my residence permit will not be canceled because i still have 2 years right to go outside without revoking my residence permit.
do i need to do something with Migri or not ? I need to go to study inside Eu anybody have idea about that

You can do short tourist trips but you can't change your residence.
