Studded tyres, enforced to change?

Where to buy? Where can I find? How do I? Getting started.

It "depends on the weather", you may change them next week, but if its snowing, obviously not, or say you're planning a trip to Lapland you can keep them

Officially you have to change them today at latest (before 1 April or before the first Monday after Easter Monday, whichever is latest).
But the Lapland trick works, done it myself twice when stopped by the police.

Weather might be irrelevant (for the ticket) because the rule is just about studded tires and dates, I remember not so long ago (last year or the year before) when I was driving one day before "juhannus" to the middle of Finland, it was snowing (yes in summer, yes in south of Finland).
