Resident permit as an Specialist

Hey Guys ,
I'm from a non-EU country,
I'm applying for a resident permit as an Specialist and I have a job offer and Contract draft from the Company.
I'm married and I'm moving with my wife so I'm going to apply with my wife as same time as myself and as family ties.
I've Prepared these documents for the embassy and I'm wondering if they lack or are not enough, So I need you guys tell me about your experience and whether these listed documents are enough:
myself:
1-translated birth certificate
2-Invitation letter
3-My previous work experience records (official documents)
4-my education Certificate(I prepaid my certificate and not my grades which are usually needed in university applications)
5-My passport and previous entries to Finland
6-OLE_TY2 form
7-TEM-054 Form
9-Passport photographs

and these documents for my wife:
1-OLE_PH1
2-Marriage Certificate (Legalized)
3-Passport
4-Birth Certificate
5-Passport photographs

I have some questions,1-first are these documents enough?
2-second are there any other special documents which I need for my resident permit application?
3-Do I need to provide my and my wife insurance document in Finland? or I should make contract with insurance companies after I arrive at Finland?
4-do I need to provide my university grades beside the main certificate?
5-Do I need to provide any Recommendation letter or sth like that from my previous companies?
6-and embassy told me to bring language certificate of my wife like ielts or toefl,but I asked migri@migri.fi and they told me that it does not need any language certificate,and just the documents mentioned in the application forms are needed.
I'm not sure whether this would cause any problem,although my wife could get a ielts around 5 ,but we do not have time for that.
7-another thing is that my contract is signed by company but not me and it is actually a draft of contract, do I need to provide very official and signed contract,or just the job offer letter and draft contract suffice?
I would be grateful if anyone with same situation as me could talk about his/her experience and some details about this process.
and after I have got the resident permit cards both for myself and my wife,is there any time limit to get to Finland or not?(for example need to register in a police department)

it should be written in gold on top of every documents

by the way about the "company file an application on my behalf" ,I'm not familiar with that, could you explain?
my company have done such things before and I'm sure they know what to do ,but I thought I have to apply myself?
does it mean they have to register our contract?or sth like that?

Sorry, but you're almost making a mess with your application.

- Contract draft != contract. You need a paper from the company describing that you're hired, what you'll be doing, and your salary. If it's on the contract, then it's fine. If it's on another paper from the company, then it's also fine.
- No need for grades. Requirements are simple: Previous experience description and study certificates.
- No need for TEM-054 in Specialist application.
- No need for birth certificate (unless it's an explicit requirement by the embassy of your home country, which is the case in some countries)

you mean these documents are not needed?beside what you mentioned?
about contract ,I visited Finland for one week for interview and it was ok,then the company asked me to get a visa and get to Finland again to sign contract but embassy told me I should apply for the Resident permit and not the visa.
so I'm now applying for the RP as Specialist,my company sent me an email indicating the reason to hire me and which, they offer me a position with a filled draft contract attached.
so you mean I have to get a complete signed contract ?or something official like that?
doesn't the letter and draft suffice?

Yes, having extra papers is unnecessary. You have papers that are absolutely not needed (like TEM-054), and you have papers that are just extra in your application like grades. Just stick to what the requirements are.
I disagree with roger_roger that having a lot of extra paper is good. It just confuses your case officer who has a checklist of required papers. Make his work easier so you he doesn't have to spend extra minutes thinking "Hmm.. what is this paper for?".

And no, it's not about the ones I mentioned. It's about the ones mentioned on the website migri.fi. The website doesn't mention grades or TEM-054 for Specialist RP.

As I mentioned, they need a confirmation that the company wants/hired you, your work duties, and your salary (mainly to see it's 3000 or higher). If those are mentioned on any paper, then it satisfies the criteria.
