Getting a Job as an Undergraduate in Valkaekoski or Tampere

I will be moving to Finland come fall as an IB full time Student at Hamk.Trying to find out if we have any website that I could use to find a part time job - Considering am from a non EU Country with English as my main Language.What's the best way to handle the job search?

No, but seriously, this forum is full on people with the same question as you, being an undergraduate won't make difference. You are foreign, you don't speak the language, your case is not special. Look up previous answers.
