Opening a business Non-Resident, Non-EU

Hi all,

Where can I find more information on if a non-resident, non-EU person can open up/ register a business in Finland? Is it possible?

They can. For LLC you need one ETA resident on the board.

Can they do this without an ETA resident, at least temporarily?
