Importing tyres

Looking to buy a set of wheels for a Landrover Discovery 3. Does anyone have a good link to a vendor in eg the UK, Germany etc. or have any advice on where to get the best value for money in Finland.

Imported some summer tyres from 1001renkaat.com which came from Germany.. Had them delivered to a tyre garage in Espoo and they fitted them. Good price and quick delivery.

That's the kind of thing I am looking for.

We bought the last set from Italy and they were rubbish. Difficult to find British companies/individuals willing to ship to Finland - which is a shame since the exchange rate is so favourable right now. So much for wanting to be 'in' the free market!

http://www.camskill.co.uk/ comes up quite frequently, but I haven't used it yet. (Mainly because my tyre size is quite common and so far I have not seen the hassle worth it: the local price is essentially the same as camskill + shipping + fitting + balancing.)

Remember that you'll need to pay someone for fitting and balancing, buying locally generally includes both.
