This isn't exactly cheap, but the best deal I found after a quick look around was https://www.parcelhero.com/ . £69 for 25kg or £76 for 30kg. This compares to Posti at €115.
If you are flying and can manage to carry several bags/ boxes, there is a good chance it would be cheaper to book an extra bag or two on your flight in advance. Depending on the airline it can be as low as €15 per bag.

Back in the day, I used to travel to Estonia regularly, and used their postal service (posti.ee) , and as I was travelling anyways I used to post parcels there. But don't know how cost-effective it is these days as "back in the day" filling your tank cost you back the ferry ticket

Finnair charges 15€ per bag 23 kg if bought online before check in.
Or ask a removals company to take it. But they wont deliver door to door for 15e!

Are removal companies offering individual delivery systems these days?
That wouldn't be as much 'fringe' as Posti mowing lawns.

(btw - I am developing a combination lawn mower/mail cart which I will be offering to Posti - I will have an optional accessory available to hold window cleaning tools)
