Anyone here who got the residence permit on family ties recently. I know very case to case but for a general idea.

2 family members applied in October at police station. Transferred to Migri January 1 and status is still waiting for processing as of today.

i also applied for my spouse residence permit in January 2017 and there is no reply but I think 9 month is maximum time for the decision of application.heretostay wrote:There is no problem with the applications. They might make some mistakes while they process applications, I will write about it later.

I am agreeing with you that we have not to ask about the status again and again because it's their work they don't want to delay that without any reasons. they never are very fast after just asking about the status of the application.

One family member received decision today. Other one is sure to follow soon. Both applied in October on the same day.
