Hi,
Foreign noob dad-to-be here. Mum is Finnish and this is our first child.
Has anybody attended antenatal classes in English within the HKI region? Any recommendations or thoughts? These seem to be quite standard procedure in the UK (I understand).
Cheers.

Congratulations on your exciting journey!

We did, sort of. It was just 2 couple of hours long "lessons" with a PowerPoint deck projected to a large screen in a school auditorium, arranged by Neuvola. Plus, informative videos on the Capital Region Hospitals site, about delivery and post-natal care. We didn't find any actual classes in English.
