Process after Migri Decision

Hello Everyone

Need to clarify few things if someone can advise please

What happens after Migri Decision?????

1. Migri makes decision.
2. They send RP Card or Decision first???
3. If they send decision, how long before RP card is received.
4. Can you re-enter after decision or RP card, as I am currently in Finland and have to leave for something critical.
5. Then take RP card to Maistratti, to change address, I heard it takes One month to change address, due to too much workload.
6. Where does Kela get in the picture, after Maistrati or after Migri.
7. If decision is sent before the RP card (if there is such a thing in the process), can a person enter with that, or needs the RP card?
8. After all the above, what needs to be done??

The decision is available before the card (at least if you apply electronically).

The decision itself does not change anything. Your stay in Finland was legal before (assuming you weren't paperless) and after the decision. There are many threads on this topic already in the forum.

5. Then take RP card to Maistratti, to change address, I heard it takes One month to change address, due to too much workload.

This has nothing to do with the RP. You must change your address immediately regardless of the status of the RP process.

This has nothing to do with the RP. You must change your address immediately regardless of the status of the RP process.

4. ReEnter: I arrived on 2 year visa, which has expired since. In process it said person can stay until decision is made on expired Visa. If person leaves, can only reenter with Visa, and not guarantee that New Visa is issued.
My question is specific to RP; Can person enter with a Decision (I do not know how it looks ) or must have RP card. How long it takes to get physical hold of RP card to be able to show it at border points.

It is getting clearer, at least I know now that;
1. Decision comes First, pick up Decision from Post by showing ID.
2. How long before RP Card arrives, Unknown ??
3. Can person enter with Decision or RP Card is must ??
4. Once RP Card is received, apply On-line 'Change of Address' with RP Card or Bank Account which is opened with RP ID.
5. Can Bank Account be opened without RP Card ????

Visas are for short term visits. Are you confusing visas with residence permits? After understanding the difference, please clarify what exactly have you had and applied for?

So are you applying for the first permit? Does your information already exist in the population register? If it doesn't, you are not changing your address. Bank accounts can be opened with the RP and passport but you will need a Finnish id card to be able to use the account for online identification.

I prefer to Apply what is easier and quicker for Maistraatti, what you suggest Online or paper and what I need
