HI, I am Finnish citizen, and my wife is not. My wife's old passport has her own name (I know she does not need to change her own name),
and in next line (father's/husband's name) there is her father's name. Does she need to get a new passport with husband's name in it? before applying for her Finnish residence permit? does the same goes with her ID card ?? is there a legal requirement?? any reference?
