Hi, I am going to move next sunday and I would like to have some of your suggestions about van rental company as there are many choices in Helsinki and I don't know which one to choose.

Try www.pakukeltainen.fi (in Herttoniemi) or pakuovelle. The first one is cheaper, the second is good for short transportations when you don't want to travel half way through the city.
When booking look for their extras, and see if you really need a trolley or extra-insurance. Both when picking and delivering pull your phone and videotape the exterior of the vehicle, so you don't get surprises later on.
