Residence permit!! help asap

Hello,
I am a student who has been living in Finland for about 3 years. I have applied for an extended residence permit by the end of last year but I have been moving both of living and school so the letter got lost. I just found out that my extended residence permit got rejected. I wonder if there is a way to help me re-apply the residence permit or making an appeal?

What was the reason for rejection? Your next steps will depend in that.

The reason is missing credit from education.

Do you now have the required credits or do you have a documentable strong reason for missing them?

Yes!!now I have enough of credit!! but afraid that the delaying time TT-TT

I would appeal and submit proof of required credits.
