Husband applied for EU Blue Card

Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting and need some advice.
My husband received an employment contract and part of his role is a specialised field which he has just applied for an EU blue card which means he can work and reside in Finland and can still travel neighbouring European countries for work. Me on the other hand is coming over as a spouse under his EU (RP) blue card. so the question is what application am I meant to fill out as we are applying together and we are both Australian citizens and not living in Finland. We were advised to start the application process from our mother country before entering Finland and I’m not sure what form I need to fill out. Is it a resident permit application based on family ties? The problem is my spouse is not in Finland with a resident permit we are applying together at the same time so do I still fill out “ First resident permit”

Family ties and when you apply at the same time the applications will be linked together.

Can I and my family member submit our applications at the same time? Will the applications be processed together?

Your family member can submit his or her application at the same time as you submit your application. Applications that are submitted at the same time are usually processed and decided at the same time.
