Hi,
My wife was inside the bus with our baby's stroller. She was standing with the stroller. Suddenly the bus drive hard braked. My wife fell and hit by a metal rod. Her forehead and nose were badly injured. It was bleeding continuously until the ambulance came. Then she was taken to a nearby hospital. She was completely shocked. That is why she neither took the bus registration plate number nor driver contact information.
I think we will receive the ambulance and hospital bill in our name. She was injured because of the driver's mistake. I believe the bus company's insurance company must compensate her because of this fault. We know the bus number, time bus stop name. So we can track the drive and company. Btw, we have photo evidence of her bleeding face and hospital's admission tag number. I am not sure how to approach the bus company. Could you please suggest me?

Assuming that this is within the capital region, you could contact HSL. If the incident was serious enough to warrant an ambulance and the need to stop the bus, then surely the driver would have filed a report as well.
You could try and contact HSL on this, and see the response you get.
To answer the other question: contact the bus company. Draft out a decent letter, including a summary and then include the details. State clearly what is expected. HSL *may* have a form for customer grievances, you could use that as well. If possible, send it to the registry office or their customer service address. And ask for confirmation that the message and attachments have been received.

If they have not paid anything, what is the point of writing?

On a similar note, I feel the bus drivers drive like they are carrying cargo. They are not trained properly to drive passengers! Like slamming on the brakes and accelerator wtf!
