Find a Luckan. I think there might be one at least somewhere in Kamppi. They will have family activities in Swedish, and they’re able to tell you about other Swedish language resources. Folkhälsan might have some hobby options, too. And Arbis might have some family activities.
However, most kids between the ages 3 to 7 will be in daycare or school, so finding playmates outside of weekends might be difficult.
