I have lived in Finland on a continuous four years residence permit plus few months now and it’s time for me to apply for my permanent residence permit then my wife went to file for a divorce. So I would like to change my previous family ties grounds to a new grounds with my work. Do I still have to use the permanent residence permit application form Since I have already satisfied all the conditions of my previous residence permit ?
