Please Fill my Thesis Survey (5 mins max)

Hello guys,
I am currently doing survey for my thesis. And challenge is that I have to ask it from Finnish people, or someone who has been in Finland for a long time. It is hard to find if you are new to country. Would means a lot if you take 5 mins to fill it. It is just 13 MCQ type general questions.

You've completely forgotten several options e.g. if you don't use any services whatsoever.
