Transfer to UK

Hi,

Does any one been in scenario; company where I am working also has one office in UK. I am working in Finland while we have colleagues in UK too. If I want to work in UK - basically transfer to UK office then what is the process?

1- Does anyone been in this scenario to transfer from Finland to UK?
2- How much time it takes for visa process?
3- What is fee on me & what is fee on company?
4- What does company needs to do in order to take me to UK?

Please advise if it is complicated. I heard that IT has got some relaxation for hiring in UK.
Note: I am from India not EEA

Are you an EEA citizen or a family member of one? UK visas are quite expensive. You are more likely to get answers on a UK immigration forum.
