Clarification of income

Hey,

I'm looking to extend my residence permit of the basis of family ties.

Among the documents that I'm asked to provide is "Clarification of income".

Do i have to write a text clarifying my income or do i have to provide my bank statements (even tho i haven't been asked for bank statements).

It depends on your income source. For example, people working would attach salary statements for the household.

Attach the 6 recent salary slips and copy of contract of your spouse as means of support. That is what you need to clarify your means of support if you are applying extension based on family ties. Also if you are receiving any benefits from kela such as unemployed money or other types of financial support do report in your application

At the moment i am stydying Finnish language.

I don't know what i should put as my profession whether a student or unemployed?

Since im studying should i still attach my bank statements even tho im not working?

Are you studying in a program that leads to a degree or are you on the courses while being enrolled as unemployed?

Bank statements are one way to provide sufficient proof.
