Hi everyone!
My apartment has no space left for parking so I think I have to park my car on the road. Is it legal to park on the road overnight if the road is not restricted for parking? I found many vehicles do the same parking on the road in front of my apartment. The road that I mentioned has this sign, do those cars in this pictures park legally?

It is allowed to parking if there is no restrictions for parking. Look what locals do and do same.

Maybe you should take the time to find a road rules book and learn what the signs mean. Problem solved then.
