Hi.
If it is a mental thing, then I cannot help you.
If it is an age thing, then there are several things you can consider.

If you are working and the employer offers health service, it is good because you do not have to pay.
I once used the service myself for the similar problem.

If your employer does not offer health service, then the next cheapest option is to go to
city health centre and make an appointment with a nurse. She/He then gives you an appointment time
with a doctor.

You can first make the doctor check the level of your testosterone. If it is too low, then you can take pills to
increase the level.
Or you go directly for <word censor> kind of pills and ask for resepti by which you buy them at apteekki.
They are quite cheap nowadays.

Hi,

My employer supports Terveystalo but I dont know how to book an appointment about my issue. Could you show me how to book an appointment? What is the city health center? Do I have to tell them the issue before I make an appointment or I tell the doctor later.

Just called them or use the website to book and pick any general doctor. He will send you to a specialized doctor if needed. You don't need to tell what the issue is before hand.

There is an "English" button at the top of the website.

Usually you have to book an appointment at a General Practitioner first for occupational healthcare.

as said above.
Your employer should give you instructions how to use occupational health services. Do you have a dedicated branch or a contact person there or can you book an appointment with a special doctor straight away. You don't need to tell anybody anything, only explain to the professional health personnel about your issues.
If you are not bound to any specific place, I would check their websites and see what kind of specialists they have and where one can find the most suitable one in terms of their age or other background. Usually specialised doctors move around and they have appointments in various places. Terveystalo is a big company, you might find doctors who come from your country or know your culture, if you wish so.
I checked Terveystalo website, to find the doctors and specialisations you need to use the Finnish version. These are two doctors that are specialised in erectile disfunctions

to ADD: I checked only Helsinki based services

Well, a lot of useful things have been told.
Have you sorted the things out?

When I used my medical service at work, the doctor was in-house so I did not have to
go out. In your case of Terveystalo, maybe it's better to get a letter (lähete) from your employer
that says that you are covered by them. Taking the letter with you makes the things easier I think.
The letter can be written by your boss or HR dept.
Your boss knows how to get it.
You really do not have to say to your boss/employer what's troubling you.
Go to Terveystalo reception and he/she takes care of you, tells you what to do, where to go.

In a small case that your employer does not compensate your expenses, then local health centre will be the next option.
