Finnish passport but grew up in UK - question

Hello, I'm trying to look for some information but it's quite confusing so if you can help / have any links that would be great.

I was born in the UK and have mostly lived here apart from a few months in Finland. I have a Finnish passport as my mother is Finnish, and I have family still living in Finland but my mum is in the uK. (I also have an Irish passport if that matters), so wondering if this means I am a full Finnish citizen/can live there, or do I need to apply to a residence permit if I move there? I'm hoping to do a masters in Finland, which is free if you are an EU citizen, but is my passport enough or does living / being born in the UK mean Brexit will affect this? All the information I've found says it's free for an EU citizen, but I'm not sure if you need to show proof of residence or just the passport. If you have any information let me know!

You are in luck!

Having a Finnish passport makes you a Finnish citizen ofcourse and you can live here also without a permit. Your masters will be free because you are a Finnish citizen.

Being Irish you can live in the UK even after Brexit because of the way UK treats Irish citizens, it's a special treaty. Irish Citizens who come to reside in the UK are considered to be ‘settled’, so after you are done in Finland you can easily go back to UK if you want to. Having been born in the UK has nothing to do with anything.

Brexit does not affect on you in any way.

You are a Finnish citizen and EU citizen since you have Finnish citizenship.
You are an (Irish) EU citizen since you have Irish citizenship.
