Recidency for a spouse 2020 processing times

Hey!

I would want to hear from you, who also applied recidency spouse this year and how has it went so far and how does ur processing look

We applied mid october and been processing for a month now. My spouse is Lebanese and i am finnish myself.

Im anxiously checking enterfinland every hour, even i know it wont come that fast.
It says we have 500 persons in queue before our application, any experience from this? How long you think it would take ( i know only heaven knows, but still)

I know that, but was just asking about other experiences. Because i heard some people got it very quick, and some people waited a long time. And that the expected processing time is not always so accurate..

Did you apply from lebanon ? Or finland or turkey ?
Is it the first residence or extended , did they call you for interview ?

Applied from Turkey since there is no Finnish embassy in Lebanon. This was his first recidence permit, and they did not ask us any information or ask us to go to interview. I think our long relationship history was reason for this

I have A residence permit,my spouse can come to Finland without a visa ( but she is not from EU state ), she has only the right to travel in the EU area for 3 months, then return 3 months to her state,and again 3m in EU..
My question is : Can we apply in Finland for spouse ties and to be together

until the decision is made for RP or should to go

and apply at an embassy in her home country..???

you can apply in Finland when she is here. She can legally reside in Finland while her application is processing.

Hi everyone , I have applied for spouse residence permit on first week of October and still application is waiting for processing . Last week , I tried to check queue from kamuchatbox . From last week till today it is showing 204 application before me.Do I have to wait till these 204 applications get solved ? Anyone have idea a how long I have to wait ?

yes I checked that but Is application processed individually and always based on the place of queue ?

Hey nney, i have a question.
What would you do if the resisence permit application wouldve taken more than 3 months??
Knowing that as lebanese citizen you cant stay in turkey for more than 3 month straight and also when you apply for the residence youd have to wait for it in the same country of application.
Finnish/Lebanese couple in here,and id reqlly appreciate some help conferning this!
