How accommodating would the neighbors typically be toward allowing the purchaser of either of these properties to go down to the water to swim, or to carry a boat small enough to be carried? I imagine it's too close to their houses for jokamiehenoikeus to apply, but if one were to start off the relationship on a friendly footing what would the typical outcome be?
I'm currently just getting a feel for the idea of moving to Finland; I'm sure these specific properties will be off the market long before I'm in a position to move, but I want to learn about the issues involved in living with Finnish neighbors.
