Wedding as a purpose of visiting for a tourist visa

My fiancee and I are planning to get married in Finland. Is it okay to mention marriage as a reason for getting the tourist visa? I live in Finland, she's going to apply for a visa.

Are you sure that she got visa?

The visa is valid for one year. But she can't spend more than 90 days in 180 days period. ( default tourist visa Schengen rules)

A multiple entry visa, for example, wouldn’t work without being valid for a longer time.
