Register business advice - toiminimi?

Hi,

I need advice on registering a business and I prefer toiminimi. I have few questions:

1- Should I register for business first or I should wait until I earn something(.. bookkeeping is a headache actually! ). My business plan is based on selling courses on Udemy and similar sites. I would prefer when I make some money if it is not a violation of any rule. If you can provide any reference would be nice.
2- Is toiminimi a good option when the business model is based on Udemy/Youtube and similar sites?

This it the VAT rate, the amount of VAT usually depends on the country of the customer.
For customers in Finland, services like teaching courses have the normal 24% VAT rate.

On your profit (income without VAT and minus expenses) you will pay normal Finnish income tax with toiminimi.
