Extended permit application on the basis of family ties

Hello

My first resident permit which I have got in the basis of family ties is going to expire on 14 Feb.
I am going to apply today for extended permit and last month I have renewed my passport because it was going to expire at the same day as my first permit on 14 Feb. When I apply for extended permit do I need to attach my old passport or my new passport will be enough?
