I was in contact with migri and they said it is very congested abd apologised and was told that currently they are processing application submitted in Feb 21

When did you contact them? and by Feb 21 do you mean of last year 2020?

Just check in the Migri website, the processing time is now extend for applications having same background as mine

Just checked my queue number this morning, it has moved almost 500 places behind from 3000 ( i checked on 24.11) to 3480 . Anyone has had it happened?

yeah happened to me once. moved 700. altså if the queue has any meaning. it's weak to insignificant .

I am going to say this once again:

something people should know and stop posting about the queue: it IS NOT an indication on the process speed of any application. It just depends on which office (and type of queue) your application ends up, and this varies by different factors: whether you came to Finland with a residence permit or not and if you have a valid passport.

Do you mean suojelupoliisi? If so, I have been. I don't know about your specific case and probably shouldn't share many details, but I can just say that there is nothing to worry or overthink about, it's a normal procedure. Just be prepared to talk to them in Finnish.
