I lived in Finland for 4 years right now. And I changed my address through Posti 3 times. On every next day after I give them the notification of moving someone call me with the same thing. We want you to sell our electricity and blablabla. If it is Indian scammers then feel free to use character building adjectives, ask their email address, send them photos of penises and ask them to share it with their maternal figures.
Or just spin a virtual machine over VPN, invite them there and well, you know the rest
