Wonder, if I has to attach resuls of other YKI, where puhuminen is passed
Why???
The needed scores are quite clear:
https://migri.fi/en/national-certificat ... iency-yki-
listening comprehension 3 or 4
writing 3 or 4
Did you pass puhuminen AFTER applying for citizenship?
Yep I know about minimal requirements. I passed 3-3-3-2 before applying. Though I just wanted to pass YKI fully, for myself, I passed it once more, but results came when I already applied with the 3-3-3-2 test...kind of was thinking, that may be better test results are better.
Still not fluent in Finnish though...

Still stage 1
Ooops...
So I have got a message at 13.35 today that processing of my application has begun...My number is now 4,293 and I visited migri 11 of november, as I had written...
Kind of worried...I really wonder, why lines and speed in them is so different. Just in case I have 7 years of researcher visa in finland, of them 5 as A, though passed YKI 3,3,3 (puhuminen is less than three). Also the drawback is that as a researcher in uni i usually have temporary job contracts, which are extended in the next year, so I have the temporary one, though for 6 more months. But women in migri told me, that it does not matter. Wonder, if I has to attach resuls of other YKI, where puhuminen is passed and info about membership in Liitto...(proving unemployement benefits in future). Will try to attach it today.
Does ur file number start like this 109xx/310/2021?
The middle is 310, indeed, the first number is 111xx/310/2021

Migri does not have any logic in processing. It is not first come first served process but it is my mood depends on process

. It is like person working at migri decide which application to put away mine is like 5xxx/310/2021. People who have over 10k are being processed. It is not fair at all

Mine 2xxx/310/2021 but still stage one. There is no logic in their working. They keep on saying they are processing 2020 applications mutta they are given out 2021 folks their decisions.

So today, after 2 weeks in stage 2 they asked for more information. They asked if I had traveled between the day I sent my application and today. So I immediately replied. The person who is processing my application is doing their job with surgical precision

Glad to let everyone know that I got a decision today!
Applied at the beginning of November 2021, proved identity at the end of November 2021.
Queue timeline:
17 March 2022: 61XX
4 April 2022: 58XX
10 May: 54XX
15 June: 49XX
5 July: 42XX
Yesterday it went into processing and they sent an extra request, I answered that right away and got the positive decision today in the morning.
I came here to study from E Europe and have worked for 5 years, YKI 3/3/3/below 3.
Good luck to everyone!

Well, many of my friends who were applying for citizenship got this question about travelling in 6 last months etc. So nothing surprising, at least from what I've heard that is the most common question from migri...
BTW did you get your question by phone or in the mail?

I didn't know it was a common question. Thanks for clarifying it. I got a email from them this morning.

Basicly if u dont get ur decision right away that means they gonna ask something. It make me worry that what they gonna ask me.
I asked for dairy number so i can kinda figure out is there is logic behind it. It seems there is. Most people i know that they apply on NOV either they have 10xxx or 11xxx
