What kind of items are you looking for? E.g. https://verkkokauppa.com sells products returned to them, https://www.fiksuruoka.fi/ and https://urjalanmakeistukku.fi/ have food items close to or past their best before date, https://huutokaupat.com is an auction site for all kinds of stuff, including items from foreclosures and bankruptcies .

There's ResQ, an app for restaurant meals that would otherwise be wasted, karkkirtori a store with several locations for candies (though pricey) and TH-Market near Ikea in Vantaa, for liquidation of insured goods - check their fb for the arrival of unusual batches.

OP didn't mention the location so I assume it to be Hki.
