It's anyone's guess. My queue number when I applied (August 2022) was 72xx. I'm still in stage 1. Queue number now is 29XX.

How is your queue moving these days?

Mine is over 6200, and it's moving at an average rate of 15 per day. It seems like it will take years to receive a decision on citizenship.

Is this due to the holiday season or some other reason?

For like half year my queue has been moving for only 100-150 per month.

Same here, decreasing at a rate of 100-125 per month. Started at 72xx in August 2022, am now at 28xx. My guess is processing will begin in six months or so.

For me the 14th month of waiting has begun, queue number at the moment 30XX.
Off topic: some of you might remember that I was going to hire a lawyer, because it was extremely stressful being with absolutely zero clue if my contract is going to be renewed and also not having any documentation on myself. However, I have received the permanent residence after waiting for 6 months. So, now I don’t really care about the processing time and will not be going the lawyer route. Good luck to everyone, migri will stop treating us like garbage at some point.

I will become eligible in February 2024, which is still more than three months away. If I receive PR soon, I won't be concerned and will allow them to process it for a few more years.

Sometime between 3 months and 3 years. I recommend to do your best to try to just get on with life and the wait goes faster.
