Which countries are on the infamous list?

I have seen people in the past list the following countries as being on "the list". Afghanistan, Iraq, Gambia, Ghana, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, and Syria. This was apprently posted on an official website several years ago and may or may not be relevant anymore.
