Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
What is the theory for the 15k diary numbers and 8k kamobot ques? Sweet or sour spot?

What is the next nearest queue range (4k-5k) for receiving a decision based on estimated data research?just_passing_by wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2024 3:58 pmIt may be different next week, but it probably won't. I am tracking this situation for quite a while. Changes may come, but not so fast.
If you are talking about responses from Kamu chatbot, then there are 3 independent queues. One for citizenship applications and other two for something else.
The citizenship queue is single, it does not have any subqueues inside of it.
Currently, my queue is progressing very slowly. Today, I observed that it only moved down by 2 points.
From December 23rd until today, it has only decreased by 57 points, making it the slowest progress in a six-month time frame.
Current queue #493x
It's evident that they have shifted the processing point from 4000-5000 to slightly higher.
Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
Since applications are processed by humans I doubt shifting theory. All Finns do celebrate Christmas, and most of them are on leave during this time.Guess.who wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2024 5:10 pmWhat is the next nearest queue range (4k-5k) for receiving a decision based on estimated data research?just_passing_by wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2024 3:58 pmIt may be different next week, but it probably won't. great, but what happens if I don’t have to visit a service point

But there is always a chance to be processed randomly, outside of any range.
Here is how processing over last 30 days looks like
I see a lot of processing here in 4000-5000 range stilll. Havent heard about people with 6000 getting a decision

Some of them yes. Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
How would you explain that beforee they processed 4000-5400 range now is it 5000-6400 of it was shifted by 1400 upwards? So where all 6000+ feedbacks from real people on this forum?just_passing_by wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2024 8:18 pmBecause that is one month old data.
5000 is not 6000. No one said that they are processing in 6000 range.
That is not true. They started both accepting new applications and processing old applications on January 2.
Processing speed is about the same as before the holidays. Number of new applications per day is also about the same.
Re: Applying for Citizenship 2024
Hi guys
I am just wondering, if the attempts to solve the issue of the application backlogs is being somehow resolved, how come the maximum processing time doesn’t decrease, but is rather increasing?
And if the theory about that they are going “upwards” by the numbers, then how come we don’t hear from anyone applied in 2022 yet that has been waiting for more than 18 months, but less than 21 months?
