Setting up a business entity in Finland

I am interested in figuring out how to set up a business that would import (from the US) and sell a certain specialized chemical within Finland (and if successful, expand to the Nordics and then the whole of the EU). I am totally cluless as to where to even start to look for information. Does anyone have any pointers? I am a total noob in this area.
