Good news!National Employment office to stop handling work-based residence permit

This is really good news!
I remember in my application that this office gave me a negative decision and sent it to Migri then I got a final negative decision from Migri based on the negative decision of TE-Palvelut.

The issue was that TE-Palvelut sent a letter or a message to my employer asking them about my work documentation, situation,..etc,
At the same time it happened that the HR employee left her position in the company and they hired a new one after 1 month.
The old HR for some reason didn't reply the letter and the new HR didn't catsh it up!

TE-Palvelut sends a letter ONLY 1 TIME to the employer and if they didn't get any response they give a directly NEGATIVE decision without chasing or contacting the employer to even just ensure that their letter reached! This is really strange!

So if you are unlucky and the letter of TE-Palvelut to your employer got lost by Posti for any reason it means a negative decision from TE-Palvelut which means a final negative decision from Migri.

The final result was that I got a negative decision from Migri and I had to send an appeal and to wait for almost 2 years until I got a positive decision!

So this is good news that Migri will handle everything and no more TE-Palvelut handling to avoid such situations and misunderstandings.
