New year is coming and time for a new citizenship thread. Lots of us here are waiting still. Some for a very long time. Here’s to hoping that we all get positive decisions in 2025.

Happy New Year! Has anyone heard of any cases since July? The last ones I heard of were from early June.

I applied in late March and still no news.

I applied in late March and still no news.

If you don't mind sharing, when did you apply in March? I applied on 24th March but got my diary number beginning of April , still no news as well.

20th of March, diary number from 27th of March. My estimate waiting time from their words is 9 months, but due to the holidays it extended and they asked me to call them again if there are no news in January. They did emphasize I should expect the decision soon.

In June-July it was around 7000, then later it became 9000

Are you sure it is like 9 months exact? because I think migri states that they try to process application within estimated time for most cases. Did you ask them why the delay happens, because as far as I know, application from March and April got decision already, and not some of application from June also got it.

Initial queue number was around 9000 , but queue number doesn't matter aymore as they have removed it already.

Could anyone with experience in entrepreneurship (either as a sole proprietor under Toiminimi or as a director of an Oy) who has applied for citizenship share their journey? How long did the processing take, and what was your experience with Migri like?

Migri's calculator now gives 9-31 months for all cases.
