Everything is in good to excellent condition, certainly having much life left in them.

* Desk - One draw, one cupboard. Light wood colour and white. 1090 x 520 x 720 25 EUR

* Child's extendable bed - Pine wood, with mattress and mattress extention. 1370 (or 1690) x 870 x 820 (to top of bed head) 65 EUR

* Baby's cot/bed/crib - White, adjustable for 3 different levels (saves the back as the child gets bigger!) 1180 x 600 x 850 55 EUR

* Queen size bed 2050 x 1600 x 850 95 EUR

* Volvo 244, 1986, 5 speed manual sedan. Excellent Webasto heater for warming the engine, interior and windows (no more scraping ice off the windows!!). 330000 kms. In every day use. Need it up until late January / early February. 1950 EUR

* Child's car seat - Britax Rock-a-Tot, for children less than 13 kg. Bought new in 2000, accident free, navy blue fabric. 35 EUR

* Pram/Push chair - Brio. Take out the baby's bassinet and the child can sit up. Rain cover, insect net/cover and nappy bag included. Navy blue and beige. 90 EUR

* Child's Winter protection fits in a pram - Domaro brand, Jumbo Footmuff model. Unused with tags. Navy blue. Cost 58 EUR, sell 38 EUR

* High chair - wooden, converts to a chair and table. 25 EUR

* High chair - Carena brand. Portable, attaches to table, navy blue and yellow. Very safe. 15 EUR

* Plastic shelves - 3 levels. Colourful. Blue, red and green with yellow uprights. 810 x 350 x 925 5 EUR

* Matching chest of 5 drawers x 2 - 475 x 380 x 920 15 EUR each

* Child's play make up mirror/table and seat. Lights and sound. In working order. Needs 4 x AA batteries. 5 EUR

* Child's bath - light blue 3 EUR

* Baby's sitter - Emma Indoors brand. For baby to eat/sleep/play in. Little use. Navy with teddy bear pattern. 10 EUR

* Activity Gym, 3-D - Tiny Love brand. For baby to lie on and play with hanging toys or sewn in attention grabbers. 10 EUR

* Raised bed (Like bunk bed without the lower bed) - Can fit couch/desk underneath. Measurements later (it's in storage) ... 60 EUR

* Television and video stand. - Black, unused. Measurements later (it's in storage) ... 10 EUR

* Chest of drawers - white, 3 drawers 460 (Front Width) x 650 x 680 5 EUR

* Floor mat - 3150 x 800. Mostly green with border and pattern. 5 EUR

* Floor mat - 2020 x 1610. Different shades of beige. Not-so-good condition. 5 EUR

* Fax machine - Canon model Fax -T11. Takes roll of fax paper not A4. 20 EUR

* Telephone with answering machine - Repliksvar brand. Old but in perfect working order. 5 EUR

* Telephone, cordless - Doro brand. 1455 model. Needs new battery (approx. 24 Euro). Display not working. 3 EUR

* Microwave oven - Electrolux Compact 600W. 450 x 300 x 235 45 EUR

* Kettle, cordless - Rowenta ZE 620. Adjustable temperature setting, white with one-piece stainless steel jug part (no leakage). 7 EUR

* Sled - Baby Bob, for young children. 2 EUR

Forgot to mention our flat/apartment/kerrostalo is for sale as well ... Doh!

It's in Miekka (just Miekka, not tie/street/road or anything else) 02600 Espoo ...

* it's on the 106, 23 and 205 bus routes which go into Helsinki (20 mins) or Tapiola/Westend
* Near the cross-roads of Turunväylä and Ring II, so driving in any direction is no hassle
* quiet neighbours
* close to good park (3-4 mins walk), Perkkaanpuisto, with active asiakaspuisto people.
* forest walk and vegie patch available on other side of the road.
* I can think of 4 English language kindergartens within 10-15 mins by car, all accessible by bus and 1 of them is on the train line.
* I think the monthly rates are about 130 EUR but I'll have to check
* businesses close by are Xeroz, Siemens, Stella Business Park (Sun Microsystems, Procter and Gamble and others)

It'll be advertised as soon as I get some pics of it on http://www.oikotie.fi for about 110 000 EUR (must confirm that with the missus).

It may even get a new parketti floor if I get the time to put it in. (It's got linoleumn (lino) now).

The reason why we bought here is because of it's great location (shops/transport/main roads), it was clean and well maintained, we were thinking of it's ease of use with the lift (for prams), close car park (for kids, prams, carrying things and wet weather) and it was the best thing available in the lower price ranges at the time (1999).

The negative points are it's too small for the 4 of us (we've grown a little since 1999), and there is no balcony. I wish the trees outside the window had leaves on them all year round also

I'm sure I've forgotten something, so watch this space for updates.

PS. The Timberland shoes and Rukka bike jacket are meant for selling on ebay, but if anyone's interested let me know.

Thanks for the interest in my sale, those who have viewed it or contacted me.

Some things have been withdrawn as they will now be coming with us ...

The sofa bed, table and chairs, washing machine, f/l curtains and one of the floor mats.
